Short game facility
On the golf academy’s doorstep you will find the finest setting for a short game lesson in the north of Scotland. The world class Chippers’ Alley boasts a set of greens dedicated to chipping, pitching and bunker play. It is a setting that allows Neil to coach every type of shot from 100 yards in. The large, immaculately-tended two-tiered putting green provides everything from the 6’ straight putt to the longest of lag putts with multiple borrows. A short game lesson with Neil Marr at Meldrum House has something for every student - and professional.

Golf course and playing lessons
Neil Marr liaises with the golf club pro shop to schedule playing lessons and book buggies. On-course lessons on the Knights Course can take the form of 9 or 18 holes with a post-round review, or there is the option to visit selected parts of the course to target specific aspects of the game golfers want to work on.
Trackman
Meldrum House Golf Academy is equipped with the latest Trackman dual radar system. It tells Neil what the club is doing at the most important point of the swing - impact, and its effect on the golf ball’s launch, flight and landing.
